Within organisations today it is imperative that there is a clear understanding of Cultural Diversity. The UK has an ever-increasing diverse range of cultures within its society and for organisations to be successful they need to understand and embrace this diversity. Failure to do so often leads to ineffective communications and the resulting misunderstandings that can impact an organisation.

We can also assist with business personnel visiting the UK.
|The peoples of the Middle East are friendly, however it can be quite easy to cause offence, particularly in the business arena with the resulting loss of business opportunities etc. This is where a ‘first hand’ knowledge of what to do and perhaps more importantly what not to do is essential.
The level of acceptance with regards to alcohol, dress code and general behaviour varies across the region. However, care needs to be taken not to offend.
